How can I make payments on my cruise reservation with Booking.com Cruises?

The quickest way to make a payment is by accessing your account online via My Cruise Reservation, our customer self-service page.

• Log in by entering your confirmation number, email address and guest last name
• From the Booking Summary page, you can Make a Payment or Add Travel Protection
  • To Make a Payment:
    • Select "Make a Payment" under Summary of Charges or the Booking Tools menu. 
    • On the Make a Payment page, choose an Amount to Pay Today
    • Select a name from the Credit Card Holder dropdown menu or enter a new card holder
    • Enter credit card information and select "Complete Payment"
  • To Add Travel Protection:
    • Select "Add LeisureCare Travel Protection" under Summary of Charges or the Booking Tools menu.
    • On the Make a Payment page, select the "Yes" option under LeisureCare Travel Protection to add insurance to your cruise payment.
    • Choose an Amount to Pay Today
    • Choose a name from the Credit Card Holder dropdown menu or enter a new card holder
    • Enter credit card information and select "Complete Payment"
